I particularly appreciated the help from Juliana and Sophia who provided excellent directions and recommendations. The staff, including Paula, Andres, Marina, and Mary, were incredibly friendly and attentive, truly enhancing my stay. The cleanliness and quiet atmosphere of the hotel allowed for a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing.
